Orcam MyReader is a device with a lightweight smart camera that can be used to scan text and use OCR (optical character recognition) to read it out loud. The microphone is attached to the glasses and sits next to your ear.

Note: This version of OrCam only works with the provided glasses. This is an older OrCam product that has been replaced by the OrCam MyEye.

Borrowing options:

"Browsing (appointment optional)" - Appointments are not necessary to browse during drop-in hours.
“Scheduled Appointment (Pick-up or Drop-off)” - Available Mon. 1-6pm, and Thur. 11am-4pm, or ask about other options.
“Shipping” - We can mail items to you at no cost. If you return by mail, you are responsible for the mailing costs.
“iOS Apps (iPad)” – Apps can be downloaded onto your Apple mobile device via electronic delivery.
